Steven is an Associate Director at Boultwood + Associates. He is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 11 years of experience in the construction industry, working in the UK and Middle East for global consultant practices. Steven has extensive quantity surveying experience, having delivered end to end project delivery for major Clients in the UK and UAE, including local Government, Ministry of Justice, and major retail and residential developers.

Steven’s quantum experience includes supporting various disciplined expert witnesses for major international arbitration matters in the construction and engineering sectors, including aviation, infrastructure and large MEP disputes. He has assisted in the review, valuation and preparation of expert reports, covering prolongation, variations, re-measurement, finance charges and head office overheads. Steven has provided commercial advice to contractors and sub-contractors on claims preparation and dispute resolution / avoidance.

Steven is professionally qualified as MRICS and MCIArb and will complete his LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration this year.

Steven is analytical in his approach of reviewing technical issues and has a fantastic work ethic.
