Ryan is a Consultant at Boultwood + Associates. He has over 12 years post qualification experience in the construction industry working for top-tier global consultant practices. Ryan has extensive experience in the full life cycle of quantity surveying and has delivered projects for major clients in a number of sectors including leisure and hospitality, residential, retail, commercial, and corporate real estate and has previously had minor exposure to infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas. Ryan brings a wealth of experience on live projects to the team and has previously dealt with prolongation and variation claims whilst working closely with Clients' internal commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes. Ryan will be providing the team support across the quantum assessment spectrum.
