Ryan is an Associate Director at Boultwood + Associates, bringing over 15 years of post-qualification experience in the construction industry. He has worked with leading global consultancy firms, developing strong expertise across the full lifecycle of quantity surveying. He has also completed his LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

Ryan has gained international experience working in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates, with broader project exposure across the wider Gulf region with a project portfolio spanning a wide range of sectors, including leisure and hospitality, residential, retail, commercial, and corporate real estate. He also has some exposure to infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas projects.

In his current role, Ryan supports our in-house experts on major international arbitration matters across the construction and engineering sectors. He has assisted in the review, valuation, and preparation of expert reports across a wide range of topics including but not limited to prolongation, variations, re-measurement, finance and interest claims, disruption, suspension, acceleration, and head office overheads.

He has previously provided quantity surveying services across both pre- and post-contract stages for a wide range of clients and continues to contribute to live projects where required while offering support across the full spectrum of quantum services.
