Ozan is an Associate Director with 11 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in various countries on numerous high-profile projects, including landmark residential, oil and gas, and nuclear developments often involving multi-million-dollar disputes. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's degree in Computer Science with Data Analytics from the University of York. Ozan is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King’s College London. His unique blend of expertise in delay and data analytics, combined with his extensive background in construction project management, makes him an invaluable asset in the field.

Throughout his career, Ozan has sharpened his planning, cost control, and delay analysis skills, and has worked on a wide range of construction projects. He has hands-on experience in project budgeting, planning, and reporting and a thorough understanding of project control. Ozan has actively participated in numerous arbitration proceedings, providing valuable support to delay experts. Furthermore, he has taken a lead role in both generating and reviewing claims for contractors and developers alike.

Ozan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. These professional certifications demonstrate his commitment to his field and expertise in cost control, delay analysis, and claims. In his role at Boultwood + Associates, Ozan has utilized his experience and knowledge to bring a comprehensive approach to his projects and to deliver results. He has a talent for identifying and analysing critical path delays and has a strong understanding of various delay analysis techniques, such as as-planned vs as-built comparisons, time impact analysis, and concurrent delays. He is highly proficient in using project planning software, such as Primavera P6, in evaluating programmes and resource loading.

His Master's degree in Computer Science with Data Analytics has proven to be a valuable asset in his role. He has the ability to quickly go through complex project documentation and identify key information that can be helpful in the analysis. Ozan has adeptly created diverse databases, enabling him to extract crucial data swiftly. This, in conjunction with his strong delay analysis abilities, empowers him to make well-informed decisions promptly.
