Mohamed has over 14 years of experience working on projects in the Middle East, Asia and the United Kingdom.

Mohamed is an Associate Director at Boultwood +Associates who has worked exclusively on dispute resolution in projects since 2019. He has vast experience in planning and delay matters and comes from a Civil Engineering background.

Mohamed has provided support in the issuance of independent reports in numerous cases during the Arbitration process with detailed examination of delay analysis conducted in Primavera P6 and other leading planning software. He has drafted explanations of his analysis and has assessed Expert reports offering alternative analysis in various methodologies.

His recent experience includes programme management associated with claims for multi-billion dollar construction projects before specialising in the expert services. He has built a broad construction knowledge of design, procurement, construction and testing and commissioning and how these phases interface in various projects.

He has developed significant experience in construction sectors including industrial, infrastructure, residential, rail, power and oil and gas. He is based in Dubai and has a focus on delay matters in the Middle East.

Mohamed has worked on projects in the UK, South Korea, Egypt and GCC. He has developed effective interpersonal and communication skills with great attention to detail, proactive and problem-solving abilities. Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and English.
