Kim is a dynamic Operations Manager and a key member of the management team overseeing the day-to-day operations at Boultwood + Associates, as well as co-ordinating our business generation activities.

Kim has over 20 years of experience, starting her career in London and emigrating to Dubai 12 years.

Kim’s background includes providing Paralegal support at international law firms, following which she transitioned to the construction sector taking up a Practice Manager position at a global professional services consultancy. This experience affords Kim an in depth understanding of the sector in which we operate, and the litigation and arbitration work that B+A undertakes.

More recently, Kim completed her Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification which means she is well placed to co-ordinate our business generation activities and assist the team achieve B+A’s goals.
