Ciaran is a highly regarded Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Testifying Quantum Expert with over 20 years of international experience, specialising in complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes.

He is frequently appointed as Lead Expert in major international arbitrations (DIAC, ICC and regional courts), providing independent expert reports and oral testimony under cross-examination in disputes valued in excess of US$1 billion. With 17 years’ regional expertise across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Iraq, Ciaran has built a strong reputation for translating intricate quantum and commercial issues into clear, tribunal-ready evidence.

Ciaran has a proven track record as a Lead Expert and in providing expert witness support for complex global projects, ranging from medical complexes to subsea cabling and petrochemical plants.
