Ciaran is a Quantum Expert, Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over approaching 20 years post qualification experience.
Ciaran has been appointed as Quantum Expert on large scale international disputes whereby Ciaran has issued expert endorsed reports to the sole arbitrator and a tribunal panel. Ciaran has also acted as the expert alternate on numerous large-scale arbitrations (in excess USD 500m). Ciaran assumes the role of commission manager that he has been involved in which B+A have been appointed on.
Wide sector experience across a range of Expert assignments in relation to rail, medical facilities, processing plants, energy, and infrastructure. Preparation of Expert Reports, conducting and handling joint Expert process analysis and attendance at Hearings. Expert assignments ranging from US$2m to US$100m+.
He has worked on major projects undertaking contract administration leadership roles including handling of major claims on behalf of contractors including defence and counterclaims on the employer side. Significant projects include a Metro and transportation expansion, project five-star hotel development, and new international airport.
Significant experience across the middle east with 13 years’ in country experience, working in the Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.
