Meghdad has experience on project control, contract and cost management in both industry and consultancy across a variety of sectors including natural resources, pharmaceutical, automotive, commercial and residential real estate. He has gained considerable knowledge and experience in respect of programme, strategic and analytics management and organisational improvement, having worked on different phases and scopes of numerous international mega-projects from early design phase through to delivery execution and handover. Meghdad has been involved in dispute resolution providing support on significant expert commissions assisting both quantum and delay aspects of cases particularly around the assessment of disruption and time related prolongation cost assessment. Meghdad has worked with global clients including Shell, Eni, Gazprom, Sabic, Statoil, National oil companies, Libya AGIP Gas, Oman Oil Refineries, Phillips, Johnson & Johnson, European Patent Office, Nike, IWG, Peugeot, Land Rover, European Investment Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Ministry of Energy.
